2:20 Ministries

Bible Study: Small group bible studies with trustworthy resources, curriculums, and materials are held on a weekly basis. These studies will include biblical encouragement so participants will experience a closeness to God and expand their influences for Christ.

Traditional Living: 2:20 Minstries provides short-term housing for teen girls aging out of the foster care system. Transitional housing is intended to provide a safe and temporary environment until long-term housing is available. This component is in the developmental stage.

Life Skills Training: Life-skills training assists those we serve live more successfull lives and function better in their multiple roles as members of a family, school, community, and workplace. Life-skills training will include but are not limited to; decision making, goal setting, time management, job readiness, budgeting, cooking, etiquette, sewing, crafting, and gardening.

Speaking and Teaching: 2:20 Minstries is committed to spreading the "Good News of Jesus Christ". Our goal is to commuincate biblical truth that inspires greater obedience, challenge listeners, and helps those we serve understand the bible better. We are available to speak at women and teen conferences, schools, and community events upon request.

Health Awareness: Health workshops and seminars that seek to improve and promote the health, safety, and quality of life for women are held each month. This component will raise awareness, encourage activities, and provide resources to aid women in making healthy choices for themselves and their families.

Networking and Support Systems: 2:20 Ministries desires to be a support system for women in all phases and walks of life. We seek to share information and resources so that all women reach their full potential for Christ. It is our goal to support and partner with local churches, ministries, and other non-profit organizations.

Mentoring: Individual and group mentoring is available for teens and women. Individual mentoring provides a one-to-one relationship, while group mentoring involves one mentor forming a relationship with a small group.
